You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Accounts must belong to a real person or organisation.

Do not use VanillaAi to build or publish unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content, to spam, or to attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Each plan has project, file-size and template limits described on the pricing page. Limits may change with reasonable notice.

You own the websites you generate and may use them commercially. You grant us only the permission needed to store, display and serve your projects within the service.

Generated code is provided as-is. Review it before publishing; you remain responsible for the content and legal compliance of anything you ship.

We work to keep VanillaAi available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.

You may stop using VanillaAi at any time and export your files first. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
